How did he graduate the first time?

Ah, unless I am mistaken [which Sebastian never is] it happened when everyone was transported off the Barge and onto a different ship, where the Warden and Inmate roles were reversed. He graduated by demoting himself for his so-called Inmate, who was in actuality his Warden. That is, Mr Tennant.

Is it not a waste of time to try to re-enact a graduation for someone so foolish that would demote himself in the first place?
